Fox News tries to associate government criticism with gun violence

Have the Oscars lost their edge?
Final preparations are underway for the biggest red carpet event of the year... the Academy Awards. "Avatar", the most expensive film ever made, costing $500 million, is one of the favourites for the Best Picture award. But it's facing strong competition from a film that cost a fraction of that - "The Hurt Locker." Filmed in Jordan and taking a look at a US army bomb disposal unit, the film has already won a host of other awards. They're both up against eight other nominees for the top prize, including "Up in the Air" and "District 9". Despite the variety of films on this year's list, critics say the Hollywood movie industry has lost its edge. Al Jazeera's Jane Dutton talks to Ali Jaafar, the former editor of Variety magazine. Tom Ford: Too Stylish for Film?
Can a blackboard be beautiful? A liquor store car park? What about a sleeping bag? In Tom Ford’s hands the answer is always, “yes, darling”. When Colin Firth’s single man, Professor George Falconer, weaves his way to work through a catwalk throng of pristine students (not one fatso, not one freak), he reaches a lecture room of aesthetic rapture, a Mondrian-like portrait of black, white, and teak. When he later drives to a local store, a dusky sun transforms the parking lot into a glowing Eden. Even the sleeping bag, in which Falconer tries to kill himself, has a certain earthworm chic to it, particularly when jumpcut with enough art-house guile.
Secret Jew “Disinfo” Agent?
I'm certain that if you are a regular visitor at INCOG LAND, you’ve seen the occasional commenter coming here trying to imply, or even say outright that I’m really a secret Jew, collecting names and/or putting out twisted messages to screw-up the thinking of White people.

MSNBC Continues Propaganda Campaign Against Patriot Groups
Anti-patriot propaganda has reached a fevered pitch in the corporate media. In the MSNBC segment below, Contessa Brewer interviews Mark Potok of the Southern Poverty Law Center. Brewer prefaces her interview with Potok — who is now a fixture of the ongoing propaganda campaign — by stating that opposition to the government is “fueled in part by anger over the troubled economy,” the fact Obama is African-American, and “immigration issues” (in other words, illegal aliens streaming across the border).
One Prime Example of Controlled-Media
Just think about it a minute here. You know how much the media demonizes Iran, right? Well, with that in mind, why didn’t they make a big stink about the Iranians forcing down a plane so they could haul off some guy? Maybe it was a story they didn’t want Americans to hear? If this had happened with anyone else, the US media would definitely be shouting it out on the airwaves — and you think our media is free? What a joke. They work for the same people behind all this mess going down.
